User Data Deletion Instructions

Kuar.ai ("we," "our," or "us") complies with Meta Platform Terms and applicable privacy laws. This page explains how users can request deletion of personal data we process through our platform, including data obtained from WhatsApp Business API and Instagram Messaging API (Meta Platforms, Inc.).

1. Kuar business account holders

  • Email privacy@kuar.ai or support@kuar.ai from the email address associated with your account.
  • Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and state that you want your Kuar account and associated data deleted.
  • Disconnect your WhatsApp Business and Instagram accounts at https://app.kuar.ai/settings/connect before or after your request.
  • Remove the Kuarco Labs app from your Meta account: Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove our app.
  • After verified account closure, we delete Platform Data within 90 days unless legally required to retain it.

2. Instagram or WhatsApp users who messaged a business

  • If you contacted a business through Instagram or WhatsApp, your conversation data is processed on behalf of that business.
  • Contact the business directly to request deletion of your messages and profile information they store.
  • You may also email privacy@kuar.ai with the business name and your Instagram username or phone number so we can assist in forwarding your request.

3. Revoking Meta platform access

  • To stop future data collection from Meta channels, disconnect integrations in Kuar at https://app.kuar.ai/settings/connect.
  • To revoke authorization at Meta, remove our app from your Facebook/Instagram account under Apps and Websites in Meta account settings.
  • Revoking access stops new data collection but does not automatically delete data already stored; submit a deletion request as described above.

4. Response timeline

  • We acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days.
  • Deletion is completed within 30 days where applicable, unless a longer period is required by law.
  • We will confirm by email when your request has been processed.
